With the iCaffe software implementation at all the branches across India, we have been able to support our clientele with the most efficient solution towards managing Customs Brokerage documentation requirements as per ICEGATE System. The constant changes by Customs and GST team are regularly updated by the back end team of Hans Infomatics, this helps us to stay updated at all times for the changes to be effected immediately upon implementation. The team is very helpful and approachable at all times. Downtime is very minimal and the servers are managed efficiently. Kudos to the iCaffe development team to also integrate the other requirements like ewaybill etc.
